No returns for other reasons.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Shipping costs are calculated during check out.
Your item ships within 1-7 business days after you order (we aim for 1). If you live in the Los Angeles area, meeting in person is a great way to save waiting time and watching out for the environment while getting to know someone new. Contact us to arrange an in-person pick-up (email store@thehoopinglife.com).

Shipping Address: Please verify your shipping address upon checkout as it cannot be changed after your order has been processed.

International Orders: Our checkout system is currently configured to accept orders from the following countries/territories: U.S., Canada, Mexico, Japan. Please know your country's customs fees and requirements. All others should not hesitate to contact store@thehoopinglife.com for a shipping quote. Shipping time for ALL international destinations reflects the time that the package is in United States Postal Service custody - from pickup to the destination customs office.
